Steve is also chairman of the board and has a life time of experience in the industry. He is considered a “Statesman” and is well respected both nationally and globally.
Steve is passionate about growers and delivering the best level of service through our supply chain capabilities and importantly giving growers exposure to the domestic and global markets.
Michael Broadbent
Chief Operating Officer
Michael is responsible for all our storage and handling operations, packing operations and national logistics.
Michael has had a life time of Industry experience and is an iconic figure head with his knowledge and customer focus. He is a national leader in supply chain and is very focused on safety.
Anthony O'Brien
Chief Financial and Corporate Officer
Anthony has years of experience in various finance roles and is well known around the Ballarat community. He harbors extensive experience in key leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
Anthony is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team at CHS Broadbent and assists the business as it continues to grow and expand.
Sam Batters
General Manager
Sam is a senior executive with a demonstrated blend of skills acquired from a life time of experience in the Industry. He is a grain professional and has experience in a variety of roles including origination, supply chain and trading.
Sam has had Grain Trading roles in Australia, India and Indonesia and is passionate about connecting local grain to the domestic and international markets.
